A 2 day workshop on teaching methodologies for 6H movement within Aikido, this workshop is primarily intended for those either currently leading or wishing to lead internal strength classes.

No cost to members of dojo belonging to the UK Aikido Shimbokukai. 

This isn't intended as an open workshop - it's for people involved in these things already or those studying them.
